Marketing Automation Specialist

Role: Marketo + SMS Integration Consultant (Part-Time, Contract)

Location: Remote (U.S. based preferred)

Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week, flexible schedule

Duration: 3 months to start, with ongoing projects in the pipeline

We’re searching for a proven Marketo expert who has successfully integrated Marketo with an SMS platform (Genesys, Twilio, or similar). This project will open the SMS channel for our client’s campaigns by connecting Genesys to Marketo and ensuring smooth data flow and message delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the technical integration of Genesys (or similar) with Marketo
• Design, test, and deploy workflows to enable SMS messaging within Marketo campaigns
• Work with internal stakeholders and client teams to troubleshoot, document, and optimize the integration
• Provide best practices for multi-channel campaign orchestration
• Be available for occasional mid-day meetings (flexible otherwise)

What we’re looking for:

✅ Recent hands-on experience integrating Marketo with an SMS system (must-have)

✅ Strong understanding of Marketo APIs, webhooks, and data workflows

✅ Familiarity with Genesys, Twilio, or equivalent SMS tools

✅ Clear communicator who can collaborate with marketing and IT teams

✅ Flexible consultant interested in repeat projects with us
