As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a seasoned professional to elevate our social media presence and streamline our podcast production, thereby enhancing our visibility and attracting potential sponsors.
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior B2B Social Media and Podcast Marketing Manager. This role requires a blend of content strategy, social media management, and podcast production expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within agency or service-based industries, and possess strong skills in video and audio editing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy aligned with CCR Growth’s objectives.
- Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and maintain a content calendar that reflects our podcast schedule, agency milestones, and industry trends.
- Engage with our audience to build relationships and foster community.
Content Creation and Distribution:
- Produce and edit short-form video content from podcast episodes and other agency materials for distribution across social media platforms.
- Write compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand voice.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and develop content that highlights client successes and agency achievements.
Podcast Production:
- Oversee the end-to-end production of the From Leads to Leases podcast, including recording, editing, and publishing episodes.
- Utilize Riverside.fm for high-quality remote recordings.
- Ensure timely release of episodes and manage podcast distribution across platforms.
Sponsorship Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for podcast sponsorships.
- Develop media kits and pitch materials to attract potential sponsors.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate sponsorships seamlessly into podcast content.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across social media and podcast platforms.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B social media marketing, preferably within an agency or service-based environment.
- Proficiency in video and audio editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Descript, CapCut, or similar.
- Experience with podcast production and familiarity with Riverside.fm.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored to a B2B audience.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage social media audiences.
- Experience in developing and securing sponsorships for content platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the senior living or healthcare industry is a plus.
