Why This Role Exists
We’re expanding our marketing engine and need a hands-on executor who can deliver outreach, manage campaigns, and help us convert leads into real deals — for both CC101 Studios and Minnie Lee Realty.
This isn’t a junior VA role. We’re looking for someone who can run their lane like an operator: lead sourcing, outreach, copy, content, posting, campaign logic, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Outreach
• Submit 20+ Upwork proposals per week using brand templates and prompts
• Send 100 to 150 targeted Instagram DMs per week using scripts and automation tools
• Research and add 25+ qualified leads per week into our CRM (Go High Level)
• Tag, segment, and maintain clean lead flows for both brands
Campaign Execution
• Launch and monitor email and SMS campaigns via Go High Level
• Build and update landing pages and forms
• Draft copy using ChatGPT with brand-specific prompts
• Schedule 3 to 5 social posts per week per platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Internal Operations and Admin
• Maintain campaign boards, lead trackers, and project status in Notion
• Join team and client check-ins between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM CST as needed
• Track weekly performance data and flag wins or blockers
Performance Bonus Structure
In addition to the $325/month fixed rate, you will receive the following performance-based bonuses:
• Web Development Projects (CC101 Studios): $25 per project closed that originated from your outreach, proposal, or campaign
• Real Estate Closings (Minnie Lee Realty): $25 per closing (sale or rental) supported by your marketing execution
Bonuses are reviewed and paid monthly based on verified results tracked in our internal systems.

Required Skills
• Experience with Go High Level, Canva, Notion, and Google Workspace
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable with outbound messaging (Instagram, Upwork, email)
• Understanding of marketing workflows and lead nurturing
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-managed
• Ability to follow systems while improving them when needed
