Computer Vision Engineer

Data Scientist | Computer Vision | OpenCV | Remote Working | Predictive Maintenance | 6 Months Rolling

CBSButler are recruiting for a large defence organisation out of Germany who are looking for a Data Scientist or Machine Learning engineer to work on a cutting edge predictive maintenance project, working to significantly reduce down time as well as enhance the reliability and longevity for critical defence manufacturing processes.

We can pay up to €125 per hour for experts in this field and it will be a 6 month rolling contract.

This will be a remote working project, you don't necessarily have to have security clearance for this project but it would be useful as you could work on some other projects that they have access to.

Please see below for what we're looking for:

• Strong experience working in Data Science or Machine Learning engineering roles previously
• Ideally you will have worked on a Computer Vision project before, any experience working on predictive maintenance would be highly desirable but not esssential
• Strong experience with Python and related ML frameworks such as Tensorflow or PyTorch would be required
• Any experience with relevant CV tools such as OpenCV or YOLO for example would be a nice to have but not essential
• BS, MS or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related quantitative field
