About Us: Cbeyond Private Limited (wholly owned by Aspen Group a US based company) in Lahore office is searching for Product Management professionals who are excited and passionate about our mission of childcare and education industry accessible throughout the USA. This position will report to the Chief Product Officer in the US and candidate will be a collaborative, hands-on, motivating leader, who will drive both the business and product strategy for a significant portion of our product and platform development.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SEO Specialist who will also take on the role of Social Media Specialist. This hybrid position requires expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and social media Specialization to enhance our online presence, drive organic traffic, and engage with our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Optimization:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company website.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical elements to align with SEO best practices.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Social Media Specialist:

Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize content and strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and algorithms.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
