At CBD Dog Health and MycoDog, we are passionate about pet wellness and natural healing solutions. We are growing fast and looking for a Senior Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our retention and acquisition strategies across multiple brands.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Canada.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for multiple brands
Own and optimize customer retention and acquisition strategies to maximize lifetime value while bringing in new customers
Create, test, and optimize email flows, campaigns, and automations in Klaviyo
Analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions to improve performance
Conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates
Create and edit Canva graphics for emails when needed
Take ownership and drive strategy while collaborating with our team

What We’re Looking For

Three or more years of experience in email and SMS marketing (preferably in direct-to-consumer eCommerce)
Proficiency in Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, automation, A/B testing)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make marketing decisions based on data
Experience in retention and acquisition marketing.
Basic design skills in Canva for simple graphics
Passion for animals and a strong connection to our mission
Bonus: Experience in the pet industry or natural wellness space
