The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join us part-time as we continue scaling and covering an upcoming parental leave. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position if it’s a great fit.
This is not a hands-on creative or strategist role—but you must have marketing knowledge and be able to speak the language. You’ll be working closely with leadership and multiple contractors across marketing channels, so understanding campaigns, funnels, and execution is key.

Responsibilities
Own and manage our marketing calendar in Asana — no exceptions; this is a must.
Track all marketing projects, assets, and campaign deliverables, ensuring everything stays on time.
Coordinate between internal and external team members (email, design, paid media, social media, copywriters).
Review email, landing page, and social content for brand voice, accuracy, and consistency.
Support funnel and campaign launches by making sure all pieces are organized and ready to go.
Communicate proactively with the team to flag gaps, solve small problems, and keep projects moving.
