Caveonix is redefining comprehensive and continuous hybrid and multi-cloud compliance and security on a single platform. Caveonix Cloud allows enterprises and federal agencies to continuously monitor cloud workloads for compliance with more than fifty frameworks, regulations and mandates.

Caveonix is currently seeking a software engineer to build the UI framework for the customer facing application. The perfect candidate should have strong engineering, data structure and UI Framework background, a proven track record of developing large scale applications based on multi-tier architecture. This is a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

· Participate and contribute to the development of product, execution, and achievement of the company’s overall strategy.

· Create proof of concepts and demonstrations UI//UX concepts to enabled solutions on potential future opportunities and challenges for the company

· Research and develop tools enabling our UI/UX engineers to efficiently and safely develop, test, and deploy experimental and production signals, models, and policies.

· Collaborate with the strategy team which develops and drives business to understand and clarify requirements to creatively solve complex business problems.

· Continuously take a forward-looking view by researching, validating and proposing new and industry best-practice technical and functional solutions. Encourage the business to think beyond current practices and boundaries.

· Recruit, engage and develop staff with advanced degrees and diverse backgrounds and in different geographic locations, ability to allocate resources based on priority and skill level, strengths, and area of expertise; ability to train and mentor junior colleagues.

· Lead presentation and demonstrations of Caveonix produces and features to management, partners and customers.

· Author and contribute to Caveonix's customer-facing publications such as blogs, whitepapers and product documents.

· Ability to travel on need basis.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years).

· Minimum of 4 years of development experience with minimum of 2 years or more of that experience in front-end development and UX design.

· Experience developing and debugging application built with Angular 18 or higher.

· Experience with unit testing Angular components using Karma/Jasmine

· Experience in HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive CSS3

· Experience consuming RESTful API.

· Knowledge of web security vulnerabilities, such as XSS, CSRF etc.

· Experience with Angular/front-end performance tuning highly desired.

· Experience with responsive UI highly desired.

· Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with CSPs like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud

· TypeScript experience

· Experience working with D3.js or another visualization library

· Master of Science/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent advanced degree.
