Who You Are:

• Proven expertise as a Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 3–4 years of experience and a solid portfolio demonstrating your skills.
• Knowledge of industry-standard video editing tools (for example, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro).
• An expert in color correction, grading, sound design, and audio post-production.
• A whiz with motion graphics, transitions, animations, and visual effects – we can’t live without them!
• Strong understanding of social media trends and performance-driven ad creatives.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a strong dedication to producing high-quality work are required.
• Understanding of visual language, composition, framing, shot selection, pacing, rhythm, and cinematic editing techniques.
• Knowledge of how camera angles, shot sizes, movement, and visual hierarchy influence viewer perception and retention.
• Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering for content creation, ideation, asset generation, and workflow automation.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the drive to develop innovative editing/AI workflows

What You'll Do:

Video Editing:

• Create and edit eye-catching video content specifically designed for Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and execute videos that are both engaging and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Optimize and edit video content to meet platform specifications and audience preferences.
• Create scroll-stopping short-form video creatives with engaging hooks, transitions, captions, and effects.

Motion Graphics and Animation:

• Design and integrate motion graphics into video ads to enhance visual storytelling and message delivery.
• Be proficient in tools like Premiere Pro and especially After Effects to create striking animations that capture viewers’ attention.
• Create engaging motion elements, animated typography, product highlights, and visual effects for performance marketing creatives.

AI & Workflow Innovation:

• Develop and implement innovative editing and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Use AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate ideation, asset generation, and creative production pipelines.
