Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Remote/Hybrid

Work Arrangement:
• Onsite attendance at the monthly Business Review Meeting at the CAST PH office (Alabang). • Weekly meetings that may be conducted online or off-site, to review sales pipeline and strategic initiatives, depending on business needs.
Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager leads execution of digital strategies to attract, convert, and nurture leads. This role combines creative planning and data-driven decision-making to ensure CAST’s visibility and credibility grow in alignment with brand voice and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement paid and organic campaigns to support lead generation.
2. Manage advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet CPL or ROAS targets.
3. Improve conversion rates through testing and funnel optimization. 4. Create and distribute marketing content in collaboration with sales and client success teams.
5. Track KPIs, prepare campaign reports, and refine strategies accordingly.
Success Indicators:
1. Lead generation and conversion growth.
2. Content aligned with client pain points and CAST’s brand identity.
3. ROI of digital campaigns and traffic-to-lead performance.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and campaign optimization.
3. Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, and analytics tools.
4. Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) and content management systems.
5. Strong copywriting, analytical, and project management skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 7. Experience in B2B or service-based industries preferred.
