We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer who can help us elevate our visual storytelling, bring fresh ideas to the table, and mentor the next generation of designers.

Job Summary

The Senior Creative Designer will be responsible for leading the creative design process, delivering top-notch visual content, and collaborating across departments to ensure brand consistency. This role involves working closely with other departments to develop innovative concepts and manage the design execution for various projects, from digital campaigns to print collateral.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design development for digital and print materials, including branding, web, social media, and marketing collateral.
Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product) to translate creative concepts into visual assets that align with business goals.
Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help elevate their work.
Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the creative output of the team.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients, gathering feedback and making revisions where necessary.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of creativity.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Figma.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other design tools.
Familiarity with project and workflow management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Wrike, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across multiple channels (digital, print, web).
Experience in branding, typography, and layout design.
Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how design impacts user interaction.
Ability to lead design projects independently while collaborating with a broader creative team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
