Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Campaign handler candidate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Set strategies, launch, and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok. Coordinate end-to-end implementation, including GA4 configuration, UTM tagging, and cross-platform tracking.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track campaign KPIs using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, drawing actionable insights to guide budget allocation and creative adjustments.
CRM & User Journeys:
- Develop and manage CRM strategies (email marketing, drip sequences, push notifications) to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. Map out user journeys and optimize lifecycle communications based on segmentation and data behaviour.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with creative, branding, content, and technology teams to ensure messaging consistency and seamless user experiences. Liaise with brand PICs to explore new advertising channels, test innovative ad formats (e.g., Reels, carousels, short-form video), and support A/B testing.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date on industry best practices, emerging ad platforms, and algorithm changes. Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline campaign workflows and reporting.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management.
- Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Supermetrics for data analysis and visualisation.
Advertising Platforms:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager), and TikTok Ads Manager. Familiarity with basic SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar).
CRM Tools:
- Practical experience using one or more CRM/email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work cross-functionally and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
- Basic knowledge of project management tools such as slack, Jira, and etc.
- Working familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) or basic video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie).
