Product Designer – Creator Products

Role Description

We’re looking for a product designer who understands the creator economy. Or is obsessed with it. Someone who watches YouTube, follows creators, explores new platforms, and loves designing beautiful, usable software for a digitally native audience.

In this role, you’ll lead design for a new wave of creator-led products. Some will be paid client projects. Others, we’ll be co-building with the creator as equal partners—treating these creators are our co-founders. You’ll be shaping everything from first mocks to full UX systems, working across consumer-facing and enterprise-grade features that feel built for 2025 (not 2015).

We’re looking for someone who’s designed forward-looking products—leveraging AI, automation, and playful yet powerful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UX flows and interfaces for creator-led products, spanning mobile and web experiences
• Collaborate with large creators (and their teams) to translate vision into features
• Lead product design across 1–3 projects at a time, from discovery through POCs and V1 launches
• Use Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks and real user feedback to guide design decisions
• Prototype rapidly in Figma and collaborate closely with engineers to ship clean, high-impact products
• Balance design for scale (system thinking) with delightful, experimental touches
• Participate in user testing and iteration cycles—many of these products will go live quickly
• Contribute to our internal product strategy for new creator-led ventures

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a product or UX/UI designer with strong consumer instincts with > 5 years of experience.
• Portfolio that includes both polished consumer experiences and clean enterprise workflows
• Passion for the creator economy, either as a creator, startup operator, or avid participant
• Bonus: experience working at creator economy startups or building tools for creators
• Strong grasp of modern UX patterns and interaction design
• Proficient in Figma, with a love for rapid prototyping and storytelling through design
• Excellent communicator—comfortable sharing work with clients, creators, and engineers
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
• Experience incorporating AI into product design is a major bonus
