About Us:
Cartwright Company runs some of Australia’s biggest and best trade promotions. Every month, we build and give away a fully loaded adventure-ready vehicle with all the bells and whistles. Our audience lives and breathes 4x4s, outdoor adventure, and big-ticket toys, and we’re growing fast.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins of our marketing team and drive strategy, campaigns, and content that speaks directly to our adventure-loving audience.
The Role:
We’re on the hunt for an experienced, highly organised Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, guide our junior marketing team members, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders (from truck suppliers to creative teams and product partners).
This is a leadership role where clear communication, strong organisation, and confident decision-making are absolutely essential. You’ll be responsible for keeping everyone from our internal teams to our external suppliers, aligned, on schedule, and working towards campaign success.
You’ll also need to be hands-on with email marketing, performance marketing (Meta ads), and reporting. Plus, you’ll collaborate closely with our graphic design department to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals and brand standards.
If you’re someone who loves the outdoor lifestyle, understands the trade promotion space (or has a serious interest in learning it), and can confidently own a marketing plan from start to finish—this could be your gig.

About You:
· Brisbane-based (essential).
· 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing or trade promotions role.
· Proven experience managing both internal teams and external partners or suppliers.
· Strong Klaviyo skills. You’ll need to be confident in flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting.

· Highly organised and process-driven. You’ll need to stay on top of your calendar, your team, and your deadlines.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills. You can confidently manage multiple stakeholder relationships and get things done.
· Strong project coordination and follow-up skills. You’ll be responsible for keeping truck builds, suppliers, and campaign deliverables running on time.
· Comfortable working alongside creative teams. You’ll need to effectively brief and collaborate with our graphic designers. (No design skills required.)
· Passion for the 4x4, automotive, or outdoor adventure lifestyle is a huge bonus.
· A proactive problem-solver. You can spot issues before they become problems.
