Junior Marketing Manager - SaaS - Remote - €45k base - Native German

Full-time | Remote based in Austria

About the Role

We are a fast‑growing European provider of digital signature and trusted workflow solutions. Our mission is to help organizations make their processes more secure, faster, and more efficient.

To support our continued expansion, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist (B2B) who is motivated to grow in a newly established marketing team and work closely with the Head of Marketing, Content Lead, and Marketing Manager.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing team to support and run core campaign activities:

• Assist in planning and implementing multi‑channel marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales team to align on marketing initiatives and follow‑ups
• Work with CRM, CMS, webinar, and email marketing tools
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support ABM initiatives and market research
• Help organize tradeshows, customer events, and partner activities
• Support webinar execution, content rollouts, and partner marketing campaigns
• Manage social media channels and create sales assets (e.g., presentation decks)

What You Bring

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing—ideally in SaaS or a tech‑driven environment
• Are familiar with CMS and CRM systems, and email marketing tools
• Enjoy hands‑on work, have a structured mindset, and appreciate modern marketing tooling
• Are curious, open‑minded, self‑organized, and collaborative
• Thrive in agile environments and enjoy taking responsibility
