Role Description

We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our remote team in the Balkans. You'll be instrumental in building a platform that directly impacts cross-border commerce between the US and Mexico.

What you'll do:

• Architect and develop scalable web applications using Laravel and Node.js
• Build responsive, intuitive interfaces with Quasar/Vue
• Design secure, efficient solutions for high-volume logistics operations
• Collaborate directly with the product owner + stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize applications for performance and reliability in a mission-critical environment
• Contribute to technical decision-making and code architecture discussions

What we're looking for:

• Required: 3+ years of back-end development with Laravel and Node.js
• Required: Strong JavaScript skills and modern front-end development experience
• Required: Experience with the React/Vue ecosystems (Quasar framework experience is a bonus)
• Preferred: Redux.js or similar state management experience
• Preferred: Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills for international collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
