Role Description
We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our remote team in the Balkans. You'll be instrumental in building a platform that directly impacts cross-border commerce between the US and Mexico.
What you'll do:
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using Laravel and Node.js
- Build responsive, intuitive interfaces with Quasar/Vue
- Design secure, efficient solutions for high-volume logistics operations
- Collaborate directly with the product owner + stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize applications for performance and reliability in a mission-critical environment
- Contribute to technical decision-making and code architecture discussions
What we're looking for:
- Required: 3+ years of back-end development with Laravel and Node.js
- Required: Strong JavaScript skills and modern front-end development experience
- Required: Experience with the React/Vue ecosystems (Quasar framework experience is a bonus)
- Preferred: Redux.js or similar state management experience
- Preferred: Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills for international collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
