SENIOR MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Essential Functions:
- Work closely with partners and other stakeholders on event plan and strategy, and coordinate and execute events and supporting logistics
- Develop related event collateral to include video, writing, editing, proofreading, and maximizing exposure through the appropriate strategic marketing channels
- Support a wide range of marketing tactics and activities as defined in strategic marketing plans, including lead-generation campaigns
- Maintain relevant databases to ensure accurate and accessible records, with heavy focus on the firm’s CRM system
- Assist with graphic support on marketing collateral and promotional materials
- Ensure compliance with firm guidelines and brand standards
- Participate in firm and team meetings
- Execute special projects as assigned
- Provide primary support for HubSpot, the firm’s CRM system
- Assist in the tracking of marketing event return on investment
- Participate in industry and service team business development/pipeline review meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience required; professional services environment preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills required. Experience with GoToWebinar, Zoom, and HubSpot preferred, as well as experience with InDesign, WordPress, Vimeo, and other video software.
- Requires professionalism, diplomacy, organization, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely manner.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team-focused, collaborative environment. High-level verbal and written communication skills required. High attention to detail is essential.

__Pay Range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 USD annual salary.
