Senior Java Software Engineer

Primary Skills (Must-have): Java 8+, Spring Boot & RESTful web services, CI/CD tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins), AWS

Secondary Skills (Good-to-have): MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB, NodeJS

Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)

Experience: 5 to 7 Yrs

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.

- Proactively evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility of the systems.

- Develop and outline architecture and relationships between subsystems, participating in design reviews.

- Ensure that new code, features, or software products meet performance goals and metrics.

- Maintain high availability and a commitment to customer trust at all times. - Work in an Agile environment, following Scrum methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of strong programming experience in backend and cloud technologies. - Strong problem-solving skills with experience in data structures and algorithms. - Understanding of most popular design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot & RESTful web services. - Experiences in CI/CD tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins).

- Familiarity with relational database technologies (e.g., MySQL).

- Understanding of Redis.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, ECR, RDS and SQS.

- Familiarity with non-relational database technologies (e.g. DynamoDB). - NodeJS is nice to have.
