Software Engineer (m/f/d)

We’re expanding our team in Germany, and looking for a talented Software Developer (m/f/d) to help us build the future of real-time geospatial intelligence.

What You’ll Do

• Develop advanced 2D and 3D geospatial functionality using Carmenta’s powerful tools.
• Collaborate with customers on-site and from your home office.
• Support our sales team with technical expertise and engage with new clients.
• Maintain and enhance delivered products and services.
• Work in an agile team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• You hold a university degree (preferably MSc) in Software Development or Computer Science.
• You’re passionate about software development and eager to grow your skills.
• You have strong experience in Windows environments (Visual Studio, C++, C#/.NET,). Bonus points for Linux/Android or web development experience.
• You’re a team player who also enjoys working independently.
• You’re familiar with agile methodologies like Scrum.
• You preferably have 3–5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience in defence, security and public safety sectors is a plus.
• You’re fluent in German and English. French or Spanish skills are a welcome addition.
