CARLA HOME is a growing Australian home organisation and lifestyle brand built on one idea: Beautifully Different. We design and curate home organisation, kitchen, bathroom and living products that make everyday routines feel a little more considered — sold direct-to-consumer across Australia.

We're a small, founder-led team that moves fast and cares deeply about craft, from product photography to the smallest line of email copy. As we scale past our initial catalogue and into a full always-on growth engine, we're hiring our first dedicated Marketing Manager to own that engine end to end.

The Role

Full-Time · Remote (Australia) · Reports directly to the Founders

You'll be the owner of CARLA HOME's growth strategy — paid media, lifecycle email, organic social and campaign planning — working alongside our content lead and backend/e-commerce team to turn a beautifully built store into a beautifully run brand.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale paid media across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, managing budget and reporting on CAC, ROAS and LTV.

Build and optimise the full Klaviyo lifecycle: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows, plus campaign calendar.

Set the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest, working with our content lead on execution.

Plan and run seasonal and always-on campaigns (e.g. Father's Day, EOFY, Christmas) from brief to results.

Source and manage influencer and creator partnerships within the home & lifestyle space.

Report performance monthly via Looker Studio, translating data into next-period priorities for the founders.

Act as brand guardian — every campaign should feel unmistakably CARLA HOME.

About You

5+ years in DTC/e-commerce marketing, with real ownership of a P&L or budget.

A proven track record scaling paid social and lifecycle email for a consumer brand.

Comfortable working remotely with a small, founder-led team and moving without a big-agency safety net.

Strong analytical instincts — you read a dashboard before you read your gut.

Excellent written communication; you'll work closely with international founders and a lean creative team.

Right to work in Australia required.

Home, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry experience preferred, not required.

Salary: $150,000 AUD + Superannuation
