Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing strategies for Carhartt's direct-to-consumer business units (Carhartt.com, owned retail, D2B, Recommerce). Leading paid media and SEO channels, this role will work collaboratively to implement seamless and impactful consumer journeys that drive measurable results against defined business goals.

Required Skills And Experience
8+ years in digital marketing for a product-focused, e-commerce, and retail-driven company, including:
3+ years of team management.
Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe) and media platforms, using data to measure performance and drive improvements.
Proven ability to present performance insights and actionable opportunities to senior leadership.
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional digital marketing programs.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and achieve results in a matrixed organization.
Thrives in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments with a positive attitude and flexibility to manage change.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads.
Ability to pivot between seasonal and day-to-day projects, managing multiple timelines and rotations effectively.
Demonstrated success in team management and strategic planning with a consumer-first mindset.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Word, and related tools.
