As our Senior Manager of Marketing for the US, Canada, and the UK, you’ll bring a deep understanding of marketing, customer journeys, buyer personas, and sales processes—paired with a passion for digital execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Marketing to shape and refine our overarching digital marketing strategy. You will then lead the Sensei Marketing team in executing integrated, omni-channel campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads across our full portfolio of products and services.
We are looking for an individual to serve as our subject matter expert in the development and deployment of marketing automation campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, PPC, display ads, social media, remarketing, and other digital marketing channels. This individual will have a drive to know what the latest and greatest trends in digital marketing are and will be quick to learn and implement them.
This individual will bring a “digital first” mindset to evolve the way Carestream Dental engages with customers, patients, dealers and business partners. You will be responsible for pushing creative boundaries, leveraging data-driven insights to design campaigns that not only elevate brand presence but also deliver cohesive, impactful experiences across every touchpoint.
A truly integrated marketing strategy involves digital, but also traditional marketing tactics, content, media, personalization, co-marketing, sponsorship, and events, therefore this person will have a strong understanding of how those best work together to enhance the customer experience and drive business objectives.
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will serve as both a leader and a hands-on partner to your team. You’ll manage day-to-day tasks, provide direction, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives, while also fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. By mentoring and developing talent, encouraging collaboration across departments, and empowering your team to innovate, you’ll drive impactful campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and support long-term business growth.
Innovative Digital Campaign Creation and Optimization
Work with Senior Director of Marketing to drive innovation in campaign strategies by introducing fresh concepts, formats, and storytelling techniques that differentiate the brand
Lead marketing efforts for ecommerce through email, social, paid media, etc.
Develop and execute inventive display, paid social, and paid search ad campaigns
Plan, develop, and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn to drive targeted traffic and conversions
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize reach and relevance
Write compelling ad copy and design engaging creatives that align with campaign goals and brand messaging
Work with marketing to ideate and launch organic social media campaigns
Develop and execute social media reputation and community management and engagement strategies
Brand Awareness and Reputation Management
Develop and execute strategies to elevate brand awareness and strengthen brand positioning by crafting creative storytelling that clearly communicates value and differentiates the brand in a competitive market
Monitor brand presence across social media, review sites, and digital platforms to ensure consistent, positive representation
Respond strategically to comments, reviews, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner to strengthen trust and credibility
Develop and implement reputation management strategies that address potential risks and highlight positive brand stories
Leverage social listening and monitoring tools to track sentiment, identify emerging trends, and inform proactive outreach
New Customer Acquistion
Experiment with innovative growth tactics—from account-based marketing to emerging platforms—to attract and win new customers
Develop demand generation programs that combine paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social engagement to expand the customer base
Leverage data-driven targeting and segmentation to identify high-potential audiences and convert them into qualified leads
Marketing Automation
Build and manage marketing automation activities to increase customer and prospect engagement and ultimately drive lead generation
Collaborate with business unit marketing managers to increase the use of digital tools and automation as applicable
Reporting and Budgeting
Design and deliver custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI
Use analytics to advise marketing managers how and when to adjust tactical efforts and to help guide strategic decisions and optimize future marketing initiatives and improve outcomes
Oversee and track marketing budgets with accountability, ensuring spend aligns with strategic priorities, delivers measurable ROI, and remains within approved limits
Cross-Functional Marketing
Support marketing and event managers to deploy emails within campaigns and to promote events and webinars
Create and send marketing surveys as needed
Segment, build and pull target lists from CRM and other databases
Partner with event managers on virtual tradeshows including virtual booth setup, content, and pre/post marketing communications
Functional Support
Serve as the subject matter expert of marketing tools like Marketo, Showpad, LaunchPad, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. (The marketing tools that are high priorities for improving digital customer engagement in US&C marketing efforts)
Support marketing managers in their ongoing learning of Marketo and campaign development
Ensure leads are being captured and shared in a timely manner to be entered in CRM and sent to sales
Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend opportunities for the organization to be more effective at greater ROI in marketing lead generation efforts
Events (Tradeshows)
Develop pre-, during-, and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize visibility, generate leads, and nurture prospects
Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative, and operations) to ensure cohesive brand presence and messaging at events
Track event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, lead generation, ROI) and provide post-event analysis and recommendations
Oversee logistics including swag and printed collateral, vendor management, shipping, and compliance with event requirements
Identify new event opportunities to expand market reach and strengthen industry presence
