We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who combines creativity with analytical thinking, storytelling with performance marketing, and strategy with execution. If you enjoy building brands from the ground up, experimenting with growth strategies, and creating campaigns that make a real impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

As our Brand & Marketing Manager, you'll lead CareOff's growth journey by:

Brand Strategy & Growth

• Define and execute CareOff's overall brand and marketing strategy.
• Position CareOff as India's most trusted care platform.
• Build long-term brand awareness, credibility, and customer loyalty.

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and launch high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Drive successful go-to-market strategies for new city launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Digital Marketing

• Own Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

Content & Brand Storytelling

• Lead content strategy across social media, blogs, videos, email campaigns, and PR.
• Build engaging stories that connect emotionally with families and caregivers.
• Strengthen CareOff's online presence through impactful communication.

Analytics & Growth

• Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer insights.
• Use data to optimize campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
• Run experiments and implement innovative growth initiatives.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Work closely with founders to shape the company's growth roadmap.
• Coordinate with design, product, operations, and recruitment teams.
• Build scalable marketing processes that support rapid business expansion.

We're Looking For Someone Who

✔ Has 5-10+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.

✔ Has successfully built or scaled consumer-facing brands, preferably in startups or high-growth companies.

✔ Is skilled in:

• Brand Strategy
• Performance Marketing
• Meta Ads & Google Ads
• SEO & Content Marketing
• Social Media Marketing
• PR & Communications
• Marketing Analytics (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)

✔ Understands customer acquisition, retention, funnels, and growth metrics.

✔ Is highly creative but equally data-driven.

✔ Takes ownership, moves fast, and enjoys solving complex business challenges.

✔ Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
