Social Media Manager responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that strengthen brand presence and audience engagement. Role focuses on managing social platforms, creating compelling content, monitoring performance, and driving consistent growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Manage day-to-day activity across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, visuals, and campaigns
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
- Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports on growth and engagement metrics
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and product announcements
- Optimize content and posting strategies based on performance insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies
- Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging digital content
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into content strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing brand accounts or business pages across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management
- Experience working with design or content tools such as Canva or Adobe platforms
