Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our product(s). The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, while working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback, feature requests, and business needs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Drive product launches, working with marketing, PR, and sales teams.
• Track product performance using key metrics and iterate based on data insights.
• Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of product development with business goals and customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Trello, etc.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience in [specific domain, e.g., SaaS, mobile apps, fintech, etc.].
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and practices.
