About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all digital channels, campaigns, and analytics to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising).
- Manage and optimize online campaigns to drive website traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences.
- Manage digital budgets, allocate resources, and track ROI for all campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
- Lead A/B testing, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, platforms, and technologies in digital marketing.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists or external agencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns and budgets.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B/B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign).
- Understanding of content strategy, UX, and conversion optimization (CRO).
