The Role:

As a Data Analyst with us, you’ll be at the heart of transforming data into valuable insights. You’ll work alongside a talented team, helping them make sense of complex data sets and turning them into actionable recommendations. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyzing Data & Reporting:
• Dive into data from various sources, clean it up, and analyze it to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can help the business move forward.
• Create easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to make complex data more accessible for everyone in the company.
• Creating Visuals & Dashboards:
• Use tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to create beautiful, interactive dashboards that make data come to life.
• Ensure these reports are user-friendly and tell a clear story for different teams.
• Collaborating with Teams:
• Work closely with teams across the company – from marketing to product to operations – to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights that help them succeed.
• Communicate your findings in a way that’s easy for non-technical folks to understand. You’ll be the bridge between raw data and real-world decisions!
• Ensuring Data Quality:
• Take pride in ensuring the data we work with is accurate, reliable, and consistent.
• Regularly check and clean up data to make sure we’re always working with the best information.
• Improving Processes:
• Always be on the lookout for ways to improve how we handle and analyze data. We’re always looking for smarter, faster ways to work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Your Background:
• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or something related to data (if you’ve got experience to back it up, that’s just as good!).
• Bonus points if you’ve got any certifications or courses under your belt in data analysis or visualization tools.
• Your Skills:
• You’re comfortable using Excel and SQL to manipulate and analyze data.
• You’ve worked with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar, and know how to turn data into something visually engaging.
• You’ve got a solid understanding of statistics and love digging into data to find insights.
• If you’re familiar with Python or R, that’s a big plus, but not a must-have!
• You pay attention to the small details because you know that’s what makes the difference in data.
• Your Mindset:
• You’re a problem-solver at heart. You don’t just find data; you look for the story behind it and how it can help solve real-world problems.
• You’re curious, always asking “what if?” and constantly looking to improve the way we work with data.
• You communicate clearly and are comfortable explaining complex findings in simple, relatable terms.

Nice to Have:

• Some experience with advanced analytics tools like SAS, SPSS, or Google Analytics.
• A little knowledge of machine learning concepts and how they can be applied to data analysis.
• Experience with ETL processes or data warehousing.
• Familiarity with business intelligence or market research is a bonus.
