UX/UI Designer for AI-Powered Job Search Platform

We’re building an AI-powered job search automation platform to help people land jobs faster and smarter. Now, we need a talented UX/UI Designer to craft an intuitive, seamless, and engaging user experience.

What You’ll Do:

🎨 Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces for our AI-driven platform.

📊 Transform complex job search data into simple, insightful dashboards.

🧠 Collaborate with developers and AI researchers to create intuitive workflows.

🤖 Design an engaging AI assistant interface for seamless job search guidance.

🏆 Incorporate gamification elements (badges, progress tracking, rewards) to enhance user engagement.

📱 Ensure a seamless, modern, and responsive design for all devices.

🛠️ Conduct user research and continuously improve the product based on feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design (preferably in SaaS or HR Tech).

✅ Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

✅ Experience designing AI-driven or data-heavy platforms is a plus.

✅ Background in gamification & user engagement strategies is highly valued.

✅ Passion for intuitive, user-centered design and problem-solving.

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
