About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand and digital presence across all channels. This is a fully remote position for someone with 3+ years of marketing experience, including strong expertise in corporate branding and social media management.
As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing compelling campaigns, managing our brand identity, and growing our online community. You’ll collaborate with content creators, designers, and leadership to ensure our brand is seen, felt, and remembered—consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a strong, cohesive corporate branding strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency across platforms, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Identify gaps and lead the refinement of brand voice, visuals, and positioning.
Social Media Management
- Create and implement a social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content to build audience and drive engagement.
- Monitor trends, respond to comments, and report on performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce on-brand visuals and copy.
Campaign Development
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (organic and paid) that align with business goals.
- Coordinate content calendars, product or service launches, and brand initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategy based on data and insights.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Oversee digital channels including website, email, and SEO.
- Work with internal and external contributors to develop content (blogs, newsletters, lead magnets).
- Maintain a consistent tone and quality across all touchpoints.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Liaise with leadership, sales, and product teams to align marketing with broader company goals.
- Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, or influencers when necessary.
- Own the marketing calendar and meet deadlines consistently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on branding and social media.
- Proven track record of managing successful corporate branding and digital campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with social media management, growth, and engagement.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong communication skills—copywriting, visual storytelling, and brand messaging.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with CRM and email automation platforms
- Paid ad campaign experience (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
