About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and marketing strategy development to expand the pharmacy’s customer base and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored for the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative content for social media, websites, email marketing, and paid ads, focusing on customer education and promotions.
- SEO & Google Ads: Optimize the pharmacy’s online presence through SEO strategies and manage Google Ads campaigns to attract new customers.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and grow the pharmacy’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, engaging with customers and promoting services.
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Implement marketing initiatives to retain existing customers and attract new ones, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and community outreach.
- Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on pharmaceutical marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry regulations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience (Highly Preferred, but Not Required)
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing (e.g., pharmacy, medical services, or health products).
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, Google Ads, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in content creation for blogs, social media, and digital marketing.
- Experience managing social media platforms and engagement strategies.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans that drive sales growth.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical advertising and marketing.

- Background in digital marketing, advertising, or communications.
- Experience with pharmacy or healthcare product promotion.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
