Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create visually strong, brand-aligned designs across digital and print platforms.
This role requires someone who can understand briefs clearly, translate ideas into impactful visuals, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, posters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Develop visually engaging artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Work closely with the marketing/content team to understand design requirements and brand direction.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards.
- Design layouts, illustrations, graphics, icons, and visual concepts for both online and offline use.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance images for professional use.
- Prepare final artwork files for digital publishing and print production.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
- Support the team in creating fresh visual ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand communication.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and branding.
- Experience designing for social media, digital ads, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing designs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
- Good communication skills and ability to understand creative briefs.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
Added Advantage
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience in creating brand identity materials.
