About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our in-house marketing and creative teams to build campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, creative, and confident managing performance marketing end-to-end — from concept to reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking to maximise ROI.
- Analyse performance metrics and deliver clear reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Stay current with trends, algorithms, and best practices across digital platforms.
Requirements
- Based in Singapore (for better market understanding and timezone alignment).
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong analytical mindset — ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup.
- Basic understanding of landing page conversion and funnel optimisation.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Availability for weekly syncs or progress updates.
Nice to Have
- Agency or multi-brand experience.
- Familiarity with email automation or remarketing funnels.
- Certifications: Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot.
