Position Overview:
- We are expanding paid media efforts within the fintech industry and seeking an AI-Driven Ad Creation Specialist to support a significant increase in social advertising output.
- The current ad creation process is highly manual, and this role has been created to help the team dramatically scale creative production (targeting a 100× increase in volume) while maintaining strong brand quality and improving performance.
- This role will act as a trailblazer for AI-assisted ad creation, helping define how AI tools, templates, and workflows are used to scale creative efficiently.
- The position does not own ad campaign management and does not replace existing designers.
- Instead, it works in close partnership with designers and paid media teams to improve how ads are produced and iterated.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Scaling & Template Development
- Partner with designers to build ad templates from scratch that support rapid scaling across social and digital platforms.
- Support the creation of high-polish visual assets aligned with brand and marketing standards.
- Ensure templates support multiple formats, placements, and audience variations.
- Maintain consistency in tone, layout, and visual quality across high-volume creative output.
AI & Creative Automation
- Use Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing or similar enterprise AI creative tools to automate and accelerate ad production.
- Help define best practices for AI-assisted creative workflows, including prompt usage, asset variation, and review processes.
- Leverage automation tools to support resizing, versioning, and creative iteration at scale.
- Review AI-generated assets to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with brand and fintech requirements.
- Document templates and workflows for reuse and long-term scalability.
Performance-Informed Creative Direction
- Review ad performance insights provided by the paid media team.
- Understand and interpret key metrics such as CTR, CPC, engagement rate, conversion signals, and creative fatigue.
- Translate performance insights into creative recommendations related to messaging, layout, format, and template structure.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to refine creative approaches with the goal of improving ad performance.
- Ensure templates and variations are structured to support efficient testing and optimization.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with designers, paid media specialists, and marketing stakeholders to align creative output with campaign goals.
- Help transition teams from manual creative production to repeatable, AI-enabled processes.
- Act as a creative partner and process guide as teams adopt new tools and workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Approximately 5–7 years of experience in digital advertising, performance creative, or marketing design.
- Strong background in paid social or performance marketing environments.
- Demonstrated experience building ad templates from scratch or working with modular creative systems.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Adobe GenStudio, Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar).
- Solid understanding of paid media performance metrics and how creative decisions impact results.
- Ability to use performance insights to inform creative direction (without managing campaigns).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with enterprise-level creative or automation tools.
- Fintech or other regulated-industry experience.
- Agency or high-growth environment background.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar tools.
