Technical Program Manager

Location: UK, remote

Length: 12 Months Contract

Rate: £50 p/h (Inside IR35)

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) is accountable for timely and efficient execution of technical programs at quality. TPMs leverage their technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic influence to identify and solve problems and increase efficiency to deliver business impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a Platform team building our client’s first enterprise identity and related safety features. Work with product teams to ensure alignment with platform, develop technical roadmaps and ensure that platform decisions are continuously updated and aligned with evolving requirements of products Spearhead the safety strategy for client’s enterprise offering, leveraging data to gather threat intelligence, working with cross-functional partners to build controls while minimizing user friction, and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies to keep customers safe Oversee system reliability and quality of the platform, ensuring prompt issue resolution and driving escalations to meet strict performance and reliability commitments effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in technical program management, project management, or a related domain.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the technology industry, especially in enterprise identity, trust and platform reliability
  • Familiarity with client’s products and services.
