Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer
Compensation: $150K – $170K base + $75K tokens + excellent benefits
Location: Candidates must be on East Coast time zone
Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET, with a true 24/7 mindset and after-hours availability as needed
Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly capable and service-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer, two additional Vice Presidents, and provide broader support to the executive leadership team as needed. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a “no job too big or too small” mentality, along with an easygoing and proactive personality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief People Officer and two VPs
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize scheduling, and coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones
- Serve as a liaison and gatekeeper, ensuring executives’ time is aligned with priorities
- Draft and manage communications, presentations, and briefing materials
- Track action items and follow-ups to ensure momentum across projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and support executive team meetings, leadership offsites, and cross-functional events
- Book and manage detailed domestic and international travel arrangements
- Partner with HR and People teams to support department-wide initiatives
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Provide ad hoc and team-wide support as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of high-level executive support experience, ideally within tech or a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience supporting C-suite executives and collaborating across leadership teams
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Tech-savvy and proficient with modern office tools and scheduling platforms
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay composed under pressure, and anticipate needs
- A flexible team player with a can-do attitude and high emotional intelligence
- Willingness to be available after hours and respond quickly when needed
