Key Responsibilities
As the primary gatekeeper and strategic partner to the CEO, you will manage complex daily operations and anticipate needs before they arise.
- Advanced Calendar Management: Proactively manage dense and ever-changing calendars via Outlook. Look "around corners" to identify gaps, resolve overlaps, and seamlessly align schedule changes with shifting business priorities.
- Global Travel Coordination: Plan and execute complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel itineraries (with a heavy emphasis on travel to Asia), ensuring seamless logistics from end to end.
- Team Support: Act as the primary administrative anchor for the executive's current team of four. As the division scales, you will help integrate future administrative support to keep workloads balanced.
- Operational Excellence: Handle comprehensive expense reconciliation, manage incoming correspondence, coordinate meetings, answer phones, and prepare high-level meeting materials (e.g., binding presentation books).
- Cross-Firm Collaboration: Partner closely with the broader administrative and EA network across the firm. Maintain a "no job too small" attitude to ensure overall operational success.

- Technical Skills: Elite proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Outlook calendar and email management.
- Mindset: An "athlete" mentality—highly energetic, ambitious, deeply proactive, and an exceptional natural problem solver.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Professionalism: Impeccable polish, discretion, and communication skills.
- References: Must be able to provide strong professional references from previous direct supervisors.
