Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape the look, feel, and experience of Digital Nomadyans’ platform and mobile app.

This role is about more than just design — you’ll be crafting the journey of digital nomads worldwide by ensuring the platform is intuitive, engaging, and inspiring. You’ll blend design thinking, creativity, and empathy with modern design systems to build user experiences that convert and retain users.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Discovery
Understand user personas (skilled professionals, aspiring nomads, B2B service providers).
Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability testing.
UI/UX Design
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web & mobile.
Develop a modern, minimalist, and scalable design system aligned with brand identity.
Create seamless user flows that drive engagement and conversion.
Collaboration & Development Support
Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
Translate business goals into intuitive digital experiences.
Provide developers with clear design assets, specs, and guidelines.
Testing & Iteration
Conduct usability testing sessions, collect feedback, and improve designs.
Continuously refine based on analytics and user behavior.

Requirements

3+ years experience in UI/UX design (SaaS, platforms, or marketplaces preferred).
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, minimalist, user-focused design.
Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant experiences.
Bonus: Experience designing for community-driven or EdTech/remote work products.
