Position Overview:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee our client projects, coordinate internal teams, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of high-quality work across multiple marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee End-to-End Project Delivery:
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of marketing and creative projects — from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and post-project evaluation — across various domains including branding, digital marketing, website development, social media, and content production.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
Serve as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration among designers, copywriters, web developers, SEO/SEM specialists, and marketing strategists to deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes.
Project Planning and Scheduling:
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, define deliverables and key milestones, assign responsibilities, and ensure that all team members are aligned with the project's scope and objectives.
Risk and Issue Management:
Proactively identify potential project risks, roadblocks, or resource constraints, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Scope, Budget, and Timeline Oversight:
Manage and monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that deliverables are met within agreed parameters while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Conduct regular check-ins and update meetings with clients, manage feedback loops, document revisions, and ensure client expectations are clearly understood, managed, and met.
Project Management Tools and Workflow Optimization:
Leverage tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms to manage tasks, track progress, facilitate communication, and optimise workflows for improved team efficiency.
Quality Assurance and Brand Alignment:
Ensure all deliverables align with client brand guidelines, project briefs, and creative strategy, and maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the production process.
Process Improvement and Documentation:
Continuously evaluate internal processes and workflows, recommend and implement improvements, and maintain clear documentation for all stages of project delivery to support agency scalability and consistency.
Requirements
Position
Location: Remote *Must have access to a personal laptop with reliable internet connectivity.
Monthly CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 INR (based on experience and portfolio)
