We’re seeking a Software Engineer II with proven React Native experience to join our technology team. What You’ll Do
As a mid-level engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and delivering applications across our platform—including native-like mobile apps (React Native), robust web UIs, APIs, and back-end services. You’ll collaborate with a fast-moving agile team while owning impactful feature sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade software using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Create scalable APIs, backend services, console apps, and Windows services.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA in agile development cycles.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code; perform and receive code reviews.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and working software.
- Support and enhance existing systems throughout the full product lifecycle.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Direct, hands-on experience building and deploying mobile apps with React Native.
- 3+ years of experience in professional software development.
- Full stack proficiency: C#, .NET Core, backend logic, APIs, React, and SQL Server.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Knockout, Angular, or Vue).
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated tooling (npm/yarn).
- Experience building apps using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API technologies.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework or Dapper for working with relational databases.
- Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Strong communication skills—you explain technical topics clearly and work well cross-functionally.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorships available).
Preferred
- Background in healthcare or healthtech environments.
- Experience designing distributed systems and/or using containerization tools.
- Familiarity with Azure services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or MACH architecture.
- Exposure to secure coding practices and object-oriented programming.
