Sr. Graphic Designer (all genders)

We are a small boutique agency dedicated to the best games in the world: trading card games. Whether it's building team orgs, running events or producing broadcasts, we’ve done it all. These days, we are focused on live broadcast productions of TCGs across Europe, including but not limited to Pokémon, Riftbound, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Magic: The Gathering. We live and breathe TCGs and, alongside our vision of making TCGs more publicly known, we strive to excel in live broadcast productions to provide both new and seasoned viewers with the best possible experience. Our ultimate goal is to push these broadcasts beyond current League of Legends standards in the long run.

To achieve this, we are looking to complement our team with an experienced, creative, yet structured individual (all genders). Here’s what you will likely end up doing:

• Creating and maintaining a variety of Broadcast Assets. These include, but are not limited to, graphics, motion designs, and prints.
• Transforming data into visually appealing and easily understandable graphics.
• Asset Management and Development in close collaboration with clients and partners.
• Graphics Support during Events (Mix of remote and on-site work)

Besides knowing how to shuffle properly, here are the skills or experiences we are trying to pull from a talent booster pack:

• Interest or experience in TCGs
• Fluent Business English
• German B2
• Strong communication skills
• Structured working style
• Master of Adobe Suits
• Good eye for understanding Brand Languages
• Creating Motion Designs
• Flexible working
• Proactive and independent working skills
• Knowledge about how Broadcast production functions is a very big plus (hardware and software)
