Carbonless Innovation, a growing decarbonisation-focused advisory and investment platform with presence in Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore is seeking a proactive and versatile executive to cover the scope of Web3 Community & Marketing management for a brand new, ambitious project.

In this role, you will lead the growth and engagement of our community across Web3-native platforms and drive marketing initiatives. Depending on seniority and readiness, there is the potential to represent the project, the community and the company at industry events, and develop strategic partnerships within the web3 ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking, and innovative new organisation and initiative.

This is not a traditional corporate role, and we are looking for individuals who are not only capable of delivering in a web3-native environment, but also have the track record of successful past initiatives. Responsibilities:

Community Building and Management:

Lead and manage our community presence across Web3-native platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter, Lens Protocol).
Develop and execute campaigns to drive community growth, retention, and engagement.
Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers within the Web3 ecosystem.

Marketing and Engagement:

Create and execute marketing strategies tailored to Web3 audiences and key industry channels.
Develop compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media campaigns, and video content.
Monitor and analyse community feedback, sentiment, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Events and Partnerships:

Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at industry conferences, hackathons, AMAs, and community events.
Identify and establish partnerships with Web3-native organisations, projects, and communities.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimising community and marketing efforts.
Deliver reports on community sentiment, engagement growth, and campaign effectiveness.

The Profile We Are Looking For:

A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, flexible environment with a strong sense of ownership.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling Web3 communities from the ground up.
Passionate about blockchain, sustainability, the environment, investment and community-driven innovation.
Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, and emerging platforms.
A connector who can build meaningful relationships with community members, partners, and influencers.
Demonstrated success in leading Web3 marketing campaigns and community growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in community management, marketing, or a related role in the Web3 space.
Proven experience growing and managing large-scale online communities.
Deep understanding of web3-native platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and on-chain social media.
Relationships within the web3-specialist marketing, service and content community
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
Experience in event planning, partnership development, and strategic relationship management.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools to measure success.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
