Our growing library includes thousands of videos, articles, audio experiences, and interactive tools covering physical health, mental health, nutrition, financial wellness, caregiving, chronic conditions, women's health, and more. Our content is delivered through enterprise partnerships around the world. We're looking for a Marketing Director to build and scale our marketing function as we continue to expand.

About the Role

As Marketing Director, you will own Caravan's marketing strategy from planning through execution. You'll lead initiatives that generate demand, strengthen our brand, support sales, and position Caravan as the leading content partner for health and wellness organizations. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building marketing systems while also executing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Caravan's overall marketing strategy
• Build multi-channel demand generation campaigns
• Partner closely with Business Development to generate qualified enterprise leads
• Manage website strategy, SEO, and conversion optimization
• Oversee content marketing including blogs, case studies, newsletters, webinars, and thought leadership
• Manage paid advertising across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other channels
• Create sales enablement materials including presentations, one-pagers, email campaigns, and product collateral
• Manage social media strategy across company brands
• Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns using data and KPIs
• Coordinate external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners as needed
• Help launch new products, content collections, and strategic partnerships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Experience marketing SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, wellness, HR technology, or enterprise software preferred
• Strong understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing
• Experience with SEO, email marketing, paid media, and marketing analytics
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and executive leadership
• Comfortable balancing strategy with day-to-day execution
