The opportunity
At Captivate Collective, you won’t just run “demand gen.” You’ll own growth, lead our digital strategy, and have massive impact on how Captivate shows up in the market. You’ll work side-by-side with sales and service teams to create moments that matter— campaigns that inspire, deliver results, and set new standards.
Love being in front of customers and right in the mix of it all? Excellent. Being able to articulate the power of customer advocacy to the B2B marketing community and how Captivate helps professionals get ahead is key, and there are plenty of spotlight opportunities for those who are hungry.

What you’ll own and run with:
Pipeline creation – Build and execute a marketing strategy that consistently generates qualified pipeline from our tiered target account list.
Campaign leadership – Lead full-funnel campaigns (email, social, events, G2, direct mail) with a mix of speed, creativity, and control. And of course leaning into Captivate’s value of always showing up in a head-turning way
Social and Paid Media – Define opportunities, create briefs, define necessary partners. You’ll guide performance and get help with execution: not just press buttons.
Events - Design and execute online events, masterfully weaving event content into your campaign strategy for months to come
Performance tracking – Own the analysis and story behind results, with ops support. You’ll know what’s working and why.
Beyond the basics – Everyone at Captivate gets the chance to collaborate on multiple marketing efforts - creating content that plays into your expertise, talking one-on-one with our customers, going to events and more. This is that many hats thing we mentioned. We’ll amplify your passions and talents.
Who you are:
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years in demand gen or growth-focused roles
You’re energized by new challenges and opportunities
You’ve owned pipeline targets before and are hungry to do it again
You move fast, figure things out, and don’t wait around for permission
You prefer to take ownership, finding solutions when you meet blockers
You’re energized by launching bold campaigns, brainstorming big ideas, and iterating with intention
You keep things simple for V1s, then refine and elevate with each version
You thrive on collaboration and default to trust, shouting out others and winning as a team
You’re adept with tools like LinkedIn, Hubspot, Streamyard, Canva, Asana and Google Suite
You embody Captivate’s values: creating moments that matter, being extra, thinking like an entrepreneur, leading with trust, and setting the bar high through innovation
