Software Engineer in Test

Seeking an SDET with performance testing expertise using 70% Loadrunner and 30% Playwright (percentages represent portion of time expected on BE/FE work) for our global SaaS client. This is a 4 month contract, highly likely to extend. Must have 3 years+ experience in Javascript; preferred Typescript FE and BE Node.js (won't consider Java) with additional years in performance testing using Loadrunner/Playwright.

W2 Hourly pay: $60/hour (no 1099 or c2c or visa transfers)

Contract Length: initial 4 month contract but manager will extend for the right person (this manager has consultants that have been there for over 2 years, and he keeps extending them)

PST, remote, WFH role: Must be located in the US, client requires meeting at a company location to pickup laptop (they verify your ID, as do we) and they'd love to find someone in Portland or San Francisco Bay area.

The role: Client is building integrations into their framework for performance testing.

Loadrunner: MUST have an excellent understanding of Loadrunner for infrastructure, load, performance, bottlenecks. HM would prefer an engineer who knows the DevWeb protocol, in addition to Web HTML and TrueClient.

Playwright: Ok if your experience with Playwright is a couple years back - will make code changes and add test cases.

Coding Tests: Interview will be 2 coding tests in Playwright and Loadrunner
