Senior Software Engineer

Capstone is recruiting a fullstack Senior Software Engineer (level III + with strong C# and javascript) for a FTE role who has experience developing math, GIS, pipeline (oil/gas), geometry/trigonometry solutions.

NOTE: This client does not sponsor visas! Only US Citizens or GCHs will be considered.

• You must reside in one of these states to be considered: AR, CO, CT, FL, IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, NM, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN or TX.
• Not 100% remote - onsite the first week to pick up laptop/meet the team. Teams meet quarterly and bi-annually (company wide meeting)
• Working hours: EST/CST
• NO VISA sponsorship (OPT, H4, H1-b, C2C candidates will NOT be considered)
• Salary: $100k - $120k annually

Required skills:

• 3 to 8 years' professional experience
• 3-4 years of experience coding in the following stack:

> C#, JavaScript, and CSS/HTML

> C# 8.0+ (.NET 4.8+)

> Modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, or React)

> Dependency Injection / inheritance

> Experienced in Unit Testing

Preferred skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related fields
• Experience with ASP.NET Web API 2
• Experience with Vue.js or AngularJS
• Azure services and Agile/Scrum
• Oil, gas, utility, energy industry or SaaS experience

3 Interviews: 3 coding tests, technical Q&A and behavioral screen
