Capstone IT is helping our client to find a Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce development to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will design and develop Salesforce solutions to enhance customer experience, focusing primarily on the Service Cloud module. The role includes creating flows using Flow Builder, custom development with Apex, and working with modern frameworks such as Aura and LWC. This is a remote, contract-to-hire position, starting around June 1st, with an initial engagement of 6-12 months and strong potential for conversion to a permanent role.

• Salesforce Custom Component Development: Apex, Aura, LWC (Lightning Web Components)
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Flow Builder & Guided Flows
• Integration via APIs & MuleSoft

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Flow Builder, Aura, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Work on guided flows and Omni-Channel routing.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Follow SDLC and DevOps practices within SAFe Agile teams.
• Contribute to designing scalable and user-focused Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Service Cloud knowledge and product-centric development mindset.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Bonus: Experience with email-to-case logic and Flosum.
• Must reside in the U.S. and have high-speed internet access.
