Capstone IT is helping our client to find a Software Engineer II/III who will design, build, and enhance modern applications supporting a Broker Portal as part of a large enterprise modernization initiative. This role focuses on full-stack .NET development, API creation, cloud integration (AWS), and data management (Snowflake), while collaborating within an Agile team to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that improve broker experience and transition away from legacy systems.

• Vue.js / Front-End Integration

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and integrate modern applications and APIs
• Contribute to Broker Portal modernization and AI enhancements
• Collaborate in Agile teams (planning, retros, standups)
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code (SOLID principles)
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and documentation
• Provide on-call support and troubleshoot issues
• Proactively identify risks and blockers

Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, CloudFront, OpenSearch)
• Strong .NET and REST API design and development skills (MuleSoft a plus)
• Proficiency with SQL and Snowflake
• Experience integrating with modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js preferred)
• Agile experience (JIRA, Confluence)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
