Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Operations Leader with at least three years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing Operations. As the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager, you will take ownership of HubSpot CRM, enhance and execute email cadences, and utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize prospecting efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop scalable processes, refine reporting and analytics, and empower our sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline generation and conversion.
