Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strategy
- Build and manage targeted outreach cadences within LinkedIn Sales Navigator tailored to different customer segments, including onboarding, upsell, and renewal touchpoints
- Develop a library of personalized messaging templates for InMails, connection requests, and follow-ups—aligned with product value props and campaign goals
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to segment customer audiences and refine targeting using filters such as industry, asset class, geography, and buyer role
- Coordinate with teams to amplify product announcements and campaigns through consistent LinkedIn messaging
- Integrate LinkedIn activities into CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to ensure unified campaign tracking and reporting
- Continuously analyze performance data (e.g., response rates, accepted connections, engagement trends) to optimize cadence structure, timing, and messaging strategy
Email Cadences & Automation
- Design and execute email sequences for onboarding, feature adoption, upsell, and retention
- Set up multi-step email workflows using tools like HubSpot, Outreach, or similar platforms; ensure integration with CRM and Sales tools for cross-channel consistency
- Regularly A/B test subject lines, CTAs, messaging, timing, and personalization variables to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion
- Own the end-to-end development of automated email journeys across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion to re-engagement
- Build and manage segmented campaigns that deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time, leveraging behavioral, demographic, and product usage data
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales and Design to ensure product and marketing content is delivered consistently across channels
- Work with RevOps to analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements to outreach strategies
- Support campaign execution by aligning messaging across email, social, and CRM tools
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, with strong command of LinkedIn Navigator and email automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is required.
- Strong understanding of email cadence best practices and experience with sequencing tools.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Design
- Data-driven approach with comfort analyzing performance metrics and making iterative improvements
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
