At Capitole Consulting, we’re growing fast, and we want you to grow with us.

We’re looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong Golang experience, along with another core language such as PHP or Java, to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and evolution of scalable platforms, helping build high-performance systems with a strong focus on clean architecture and reliability.

📍 Only candidates currently in Spain will be considered. Visa sponsorship available upon relocation to Spain.

Must Have

🔹 3+ years of experience in backend development with Golang.

🔹Solid hands-on experience with PHP or Java.

🔹Strong knowledge of REST APIs, DDD, TDD.

🔹Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

🔹Good understanding of design patterns and version control (Git).

🔹English level C1 or native (spoken and written).

🔹Strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration mindset.

🔹Contributions to open-source projects are highly valued.
